How to cancel, when a piece can come back to us, and how a refund reaches you.

You can cancel an order yourself from your account, or from the order lookup page, at any time before we hand it to the courier. Nothing is charged for cancelling. If you had already paid, the full amount — including shipping — goes back to you.
A cash-on-delivery order can be cancelled the same way until it ships, and there is nothing to refund because nothing has been paid. Please do cancel rather than refusing the parcel at the door: a refused parcel travels back across the country at our cost and the piece may be damaged on the way.
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photographs of the piece and of the packaging as it reached you. If a piece was damaged in transit or we sent the wrong one, we will collect it and either replace it or refund you in full, including all shipping. This is our cost, not yours.
Write to us within 7 days of delivery and we will accept the piece back, provided it is unused and comes back in its original packaging. Return carriage is yours to pay, and we refund the price of the piece once it reaches us and we have checked it. We cannot take back a piece that has been installed, drilled, mounted or altered.
A piece carved to your own specification cannot be cancelled once work has begun, and cannot be returned because you changed your mind. It is still covered in full if it arrives damaged or is not what was agreed.
Refunds go back by the route the money came — to the card, account or UPI handle used to pay. We start the refund within 2 business days of approving it; your bank usually takes a further 5 to 7 business days to show it. For an order paid in cash on delivery we will ask you for a bank account or UPI handle, because there is no payment route to reverse.
Cancel from your account or your order page, or write to us with your order number. We answer every message about an order, and we would always rather hear from you early than have a parcel come back unexplained.
