Anywhere in India that our courier partners serve. Enter your pincode at checkout and we will tell you the carriers who will take the parcel, what they charge and how long they expect to take, before you pay. A very small number of pincodes cannot be served at all; if yours is one of them, write to us and we will find another way.
Pieces that are on the shelf are packed and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days. A piece still being finished, or one being made to order, takes as long as the work takes, and we will tell you the date when you order. We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping is quoted live at checkout from the real weight and dimensions of the parcel and your delivery pincode, so you pay the carrier's price rather than a flat guess. Cash-on-delivery parcels carry a small additional collection fee, shown before you pay.
Carved stone is heavy, rigid and brittle, which is an unkind combination for a parcel. Every piece is wrapped, corner-protected and crated or double-boxed to suit its shape, and every parcel is insured in transit for its full value.
As soon as the courier scans the parcel you can follow it from your order page. Tracking numbers can take a few hours to become live on the carrier's own site after we book the shipment.
Our couriers attempt delivery up to three times and will normally telephone the number on the order first. Please give a number that will be answered. After three failed attempts the parcel returns to us, and we will contact you to arrange a re-dispatch at carriage cost.
Where cash on delivery is offered, the exact amount shown on the order is collected at the door, in cash, by the courier. It is available up to an order value we set and to pincodes our carriers will collect for; if your order or address falls outside that, checkout will ask you to pay online instead.
Photograph the parcel before you open it if the outer packaging looks crushed or opened, and photograph the piece as you unwrap it. Tell us within 48 hours. With those photographs we can claim on the transit insurance and put it right for you immediately; without them it becomes much harder for us to do either.
We ship internationally by arrangement rather than through checkout, because freight, duties and import rules vary by country and are the buyer's responsibility. Write to us with the piece and the destination and we will quote you.
